Health measures - COVID 19
This season will be one of caution and we will continue to pursue our efforts to protect the health of all.
The deconfinement protocol common to the entire UNHCR profession - specific health code of conduct - approved by the health authorities, will be applied in all its aspects and especially those concerning the protection of our customers and our staff.
With regard to staff, masks will be distributed to employees. Their wearing will be compulsory.
Frequently touched surfaces, such as stair handrails, doorknobs and floors, will be disinfected regularly.
The frequency of cleaning and ventilation of common areas will be increased. These areas will also be equipped with disinfectant hand gels as well as signs reminding the social distancing measures.
Wearing a mask is compulsory in enclosed public places. We favor respect for distance, whether at reception or in the breakfast room.
* Disinfection of keys before handing them over to you. You keep them for the duration of your stay (no delivery at reception during the day)
* Reinforcement of our cleaning habits: replacement of cleaning products with "virucidal" products, cleaning of common areas several times a day ...
* Total disinfection of the rooms on each departure: cleaning of all "contact surfaces": desk, bedside tables, shelves, switches, handles, etc.
The laundry with which we work has obviously taken the measures for the maintenance of the laundry with washing at high temperature.
The buffet breakfast is taken in the dining room or on the terrace with respect for distancing measures. Common catering areas will be disinfected and cleaned continuously, such as chairs, tables and the like.
The pastries are placed in kraft sachets in individual portions and bottles of hydroalcoholic gel are placed on all the tables of the buffet.
All measures are taken for cleaning dishes at high temperature.
