INTERNAL RULES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The general conditions of sale apply to all sales transactions concluded with the Hôtel Bleu Azur. Therefore, the customer acknowledges
having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them. These general terms and conditions
integral parts of the sales contract.
PRESENTATION: The hotelier has the freedom not to receive customers whose dress is indecent and neglected, customers with noisy behavior
or incorrect, customers whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order.
PAYMENT: Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express), Holiday vouchers and Cash. The
bank checks are not accepted. We ask everyone staying at our establishment to show proof of identity.

CAPACITY: Any customer of the Hotel Bleu Azur acknowledges having read these conditions of sale before placing an order. From
therefore, the order taking entails its full adherence to the general conditions of sale of the Hotel Bleu Azur and its acceptance subject to
all their provisions.
DISPLAY OF PRICES: Prices are displayed in euros. VAT is always included. The tourist tax is added to the price per person over 18
years and per day.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: Your reservation requires the payment of a deposit. The amount equivalent to 100% of the first night or 25% for
stays longer than 4 nights will be requested by the establishment at the time of your reservation.
For reservations in the months of July and August:
For one or two nights, the deposit is taken for the entire reservation (excluding tourist taxes and any options)
For more than two nights, a deposit corresponding to the amount of two (2) nights plus 30% of the balance of the rest of the stay is taken upon reservation.
The deposit is not refundable.
BALANCE OF THE STAY: Throughout the year (except from 01/07 to 29/08), the balance of your stay will be paid on site, on your arrival either in cash,
bank cards or holiday vouchers. (Bank checks are no longer accepted on site).
*During the summer period (from 01/07 to 31/08), the balance of your stay must reach us at least 15 days before your arrival.
The non-payment of the balance in due time is equivalent to the cancellation of your stay on your part and the abandonment of the deposit paid.
The hotel will be entitled to re-let your room without any compensation being due. In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY: In the event of early departure, the stay is due in full. Late arrivals or early departures do not
can in no case give rise to reimbursement. For stays outside the summer season (from 01/07 to 29/08), the customer can cancel his
reservation free of charge up to four (14) days before arrival (except special conditions for certain offers). In case of late cancellation,
the establishment retains the amount of the deposit requested. In case of no-show, the establishment will charge the total amount of the reservation
nights (excluding tourist taxes and additional services) even if the room has been re-let. During the summer period (from 01/07 to 29/08), the deposit is
definitively lost and will not give rise to any compensation,
All cancellations must be sent to the establishment by e-mail. The date of receipt of the e-mail will be the date retained
AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS: Rooms are available from 3:30 p.m. and must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the day of the
departure. A supplement may be charged if the maximum departure time is not respected.
It is forbidden for non-tenants of the establishment to access the rooms without authorisation.
In case of departure beyond this time, an additional night will be charged.
The room cleaning service is carried out daily between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. If the room is not vacated or if you post the "do not
not disturb", the cleaning of your room will not be done.
For stays longer than 5 days, the change of linen will be made every four days.
No baby is allowed to sleep in the same bed as the parents.
It is forbidden, for non-tenants of the establishment, to access the rooms without.
ANIMALS: Our friends the small dogs (less than 10kg) are welcome to come to our establishment at the price of 8€/day. only one year
PARKING: We provide you with one free parking space per room, closed at night and under video surveillance.
If you wish to park an additional vehicle and after agreement of the reception, this one could be invoiced 10€/night.
HEATED POOL: The pool is open from Easter weekend until September 30. It has a pool of 50m² (Depth of
1.40m) and a paddling pool for children. It is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 7 days a week.
BREAKFASTS: The continental breakfast is provided every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., in the dining room or on the terrace.
Our breakfasts are free for children under 4 years old and reduced price for children under 10 years old.
INTERNET: A free wifi connection is available in the rooms, the entrance hall or on the terrace.
RESPONSIBILITIES: the hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to items belonging to customers during their stay.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage, degradation and vandalism that may occur, resulting in the impossibility of re-renting.
