GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND INTERNAL RULES
The general conditions of sale apply to all sales transactions entered into by Hôtel Bleu Azur with non-professional travel agents.
These general conditions are an integral part of the sales contract.
PRESENTATION: The hotelier has the freedom not to receive the customers whose dress is indecent and neglected, the customers having noisy or incorrect behavior, the clients donate the behavior is contrary to good morals and the public order.
PAYMENT: Payments can be made by credit card, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, American express, Holiday vouchers, cash. Bank checks are not accepted.
We ask all persons staying in our establishment to present a piece of identification for payment in cash or holiday check. In case you could not provide us with this document, we would be forced to not access your request for room rental

CAPACITY: Any client of the Hotel Bleu Azur acknowledges having read these terms of sale before placing an order. Therefore, the order takes its full adherence to the terms and conditions of sale of the Hotel Bleu Azur and its acceptance subject to the entirety of their provisions.
PRICE DISPLAY: Prices are displayed in euros. VAT is always included. The tourist tax is added to the price per person over 18 years and per day.
Half-board and overnight stays include breakfast and a meal (dinner or lunch), at one of our partner restaurants (excluding drinks), except Christmas and New Year.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: Your reservation requires the payment of a deposit. 100% of the first night or 25% for stays of more than 4 nights will be requested by the property at the time of booking.
For bookings on the months of July and August:
ü For one or two nights, the deposit is deducted for the entire reservation (excluding tourist taxes and optional extras)
ü For more than two nights, a deposit corresponding to the amount of two (2) nights plus 30% of the balance of the remainder of the stay will be charged upon booking.
The deposit is not refundable.
BALANCE OF THE STAY: Throughout the year (except from 01/07 to 31/08), the balance of your stay will be settled on the spot, on your arrival either in cash, credit cards or checks holidays. (Bank checks are no longer accepted on site).
* In summer period (from 01/07 to 31/08), the balance of your stay must be received at least 15 days before your arrival.
The non-payment of the balance in due time is equivalent to the cancellation of your stay on your part and the abandonment of the deposit paid.
The hotel will be entitled to re-rent your room without any compensation being due.
In case of no show, the entire stay will be charged.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY: In case of early departure, the stay is due in its entirety. Delays on arrival or early departures can not be refunded.
For stays outside the summer season (from 01/07 to 31/08), the customer can cancel their reservation without charge up to four (4) days before arrival (except special conditions for certain offers).
In case of late cancellation, the property keeps the amount of the deposit requested.
In case of no show, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation for the nights (excluding tourist taxes and additional services), even if the room has been re-rented.
In summer (from 01/07 to 31/08), the deposit is permanently lost and will not give rise to any compensation,
Any cancellation must be sent to the establishment by email. The date of receipt of the email will be the date selected for cancellation.
ROOMS AVAILABLE: The rooms are available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
It is forbidden for non-tenants of the establishment to access the rooms without authorization.
In case of departure beyond this time, an additional night will be charged.
The room cleaning service is daily between 09:00 and 13:00.
If the room is not vacated or if you are displaying the "do not disturb" sign, cleaning of your room will not be done.
ü For stays longer than 3 days, the linen change will be done every three days.
ANIMALS: Small pets are allowed in the property.
They are tolerated for breakfast provided they are on the terrace and no element of the buffet is given them.
The hotel grounds contain no amenities for their needs, you will be asked to bring them outside.
PARKING: We put free
